The proposed scheme consists of the ground floor infill front extension to create a porch and a spacious entrance to the property.

The roof of the front infill extension will be glass to provide ample light internally.

The rear extension is designed to enlarge the ground floor habitable areas, creating a large open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, providing ample space for the family to spend time together.
