Welcome to Stella Kordista Architecture Workshop, based in West Sussex, operating in South East England and focusing on the Greater London area.
As an Architect Engineer with over 22 years of experience, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Architects Registration Board (ARB) qualifications, I have worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and internationally.
I deliver high-quality architectural design services for residential projects, including loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, and outbuildings. At the heart of my design philosophy is the belief that every project should be unique and tailored to each client’s needs. Architecture should serve a practical purpose, be aesthetically pleasing and evoke an emotional response, which I strive to achieve in all my designs. As a result, I have a proven track record of delivering more than 1500 successful architectural plans for loft conversions and extensions in the Greater London area with fully satisfied clients.
In my architectural practice, good communication is essential for the success of any project. With an excellent technical background and interpersonal skills, I work closely with my clients to fully understand their needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring their vision is brought to life through my designs.
I have a deep knowledge of building regulations and ensure that all my architectural plans comply with the latest industry standards and regulations. My focus on quality and attention to detail means I can provide my clients with peace of mind, knowing their project is in safe hands.
At the core of my design approach is the belief that architecture is a profession as well as an art form. My aim is to create architectural designs with anthropocentric character so that each formed space can be lived as a “residence” not only for the body but also for the mind and soul. Concept to creation, perfect form and function. I approach each project with a deep understanding of design’s power to shape and enhance our environment. Whether a small extension or a large-scale residential project, my ultimate goal is to create spaces that meet my clients’ practical needs and inspire and delight them.
